Snacking can represent a fork in the road when you’re on a diet. You’ve been traveling along a straight path eating only your main meals, and now you’re faced with a crucial choice. Choose the right options and you’re fueling your body with the ingredients that will keep your metabolism up and calories burning throughout the day.
