Beauty Food

If you are one of my loyal readers, then you already know that Koreans love to experiment with tons of makeup products, but we ALSO like to try food that we call "beauty food" or "beauty consumption". Amore Pacific (they have makeup and spa lines available in the States too) follows this beauty trend and makes many products related to this fad.

One juice product called "prune liquid" came to my mailbox few days ago. It's basically sun-dried plums and you can mix it with water or milk – whichever you prefer. I thought it tasted better with milk. It has all the vitamins you need to take care of your health and beauty at the same time. The prunes are one of my grandparents’ favorite snacks as well!
