Beauty Pills

Have you heard of beauty pills? They literally are one of the hottest trends in Korea at the moment. So many of my blog readers were curious about what they do, who they are targeted for and if they really work, so I am currently taking CJ Innerb Vital Beauty (costs around $64 for a 28 day supply) for review purposes. (CJ is one of the biggest companies in Korea for everything from food to entertainment places and channels. I am taking these because I trust their brand name.)

All of these kinds of beauty foods emphasize the hydrating effects. People get dehydrated easily during winter from the icy cold temperatures, and for girls like me from drinking a lot of coffee. Two pills per day is the suggested dose, and I prefer to take them at night with a lot of water.

After a few months, you are supposed to have more hydrated skin. I read a review of one woman who was about 20-30% hydrated when measured at the clinic, and after 28 days she is now at 64%. That seems pretty dramatic to me. I have only been taking them for two weeks now and can say that I notice my night cream seems to be more effective since I started taking them.

Would you ever try beauty pills?
