If you’re not getting enough nutrients in your diet, try adding a supplement. Essential fatty acids, Vitamin C and zinc all have complexion-boosting properties.
Feel Younger (and Sexier) at Any Age!
There are definite benefits to growing older, and as I become one year closer to the half-century mark, I’ve never felt better about myself. Some say it’s the wisdom that comes with age, or practicing a healthy lifestyle. But I believe there’s more we can do – simply and affordably – to feel good about who we present to the world each day. For example:
- Instead of worrying too much about what’s hot in the fashion magazines, dress for who you are –for your unique personality. If you can rock a miniskirt at 45, who’s stopping you?
- Ensure the harmonious balance of mind, body and spirit. Hire a personal trainer, begin a fitness regimen, read a new book or enroll in an educational course. Beauty and brains are always chic.
- Visit your salon for a flattering cut and style. Better yet, make it a spa day or GNO complete with facial, mani, pedi and massage by Fabio.
- Be yourself and try not to care too much about what others think. Smile a lot and laugh at yourself – not only will you come across as enjoying life, but you also trigger the feel good endorphins. And everyone will wonder what (or who) has put that twinkle in your eyes.
- If you find yourself poking fun at your mismatched nostrils or an extra sag you don’t recall seeing last week, just remember to focus on your best asset and play it up whenever you can.
Try incorporating some of these tips into your daily routine and you may finally feel confident in your own skin. Now that is hot ... or so I’ve been told.
How do you maintain that youthful and sexy feeling?
