For a radiant complexion that lasts all day, prep skin before applying makeup. Start with a scrub then follow up with a moisturizer and primer.
Peace and Peptides
We all know that beauty is more than skin deep. The best way to build beauty is to capture our individual ability to be happy and to find peace in this stress-filled world. We start when we embody a peaceful lifestyle routine for our interior body, and then arm ourselves with the healthiest topical products for our physical being.
So much is written about stress reduction, and while I do not claim to be an expert, I can tell you what 15 years of meditation and Reiki healing and studies have taught me....that slowing down for 5, 10 or 15 minutes in the morning and again at night to focus on things that make us happy (our mantra), while letting go of things out of our control, can bring a true and consistent calm and sense of direction to our lives. Before my feet hit the floor in the morning, I spend at least five minutes in a state of gratefulness. Just five minutes guarantees I will start my day with calmness. I take the five minutes before my first cup of java, reading the paper or turning on the TV as a guarantee I won’t sacrifice this time when I get caught up in my day.
Being an international advocate and activist for children since 2000, my eyes and heart have been opened to the devastating conditions millions of kids experience around the globe. It has taught me to be very present in the moment and that I have to control my thoughts and direct my actions. And being in a state of gratefulness for the tiny things in life can bring us so much peace, appreciation and better health.
This search for calm and connection eventually led me to join the skin care industry in 2007, where I began seeking out natural, botanic products that similarly calm the skin. I saw that by connecting this path of meditation and peace to skin care would be a way to create beauty from the inside out. Take time out of life to do simple acts of kindness. And, equally, care for your physical beauty by drinking water, taking walks, and, always, choosing natural, botanic skin care products. At Peace Spa Products we trust peptides, a potent anti-aging weapon that can enhance important skin functions, such as collagen regeneration, wound healing and wrinkle relaxation.
Take a few moments each day for Peace and Peptides. These two steps will go along way toward total beauty and health.

Jeannette's latest sponsorKIDS Peace Journey project is ECOChallenge2020.org, a 10-year adventure that began in 2010, advocating for better health, especially to fight childhood obesity and type-2 diabetes, supporting healthy eating campaigns, growing urban gardens, and promoting a greener culture. She is also actively involved in the national Green Spa Network.
